The pinnacle of luxury, Twin Palms, with 12,000. square feet of luxury living, is intended for those who demand nothing less than the finest. This exquisite home promises an amazing getaway with its unmatched comfort, flawless attention to detail, and breathtaking 60-mile ocean views.

Set on 10 acres of lush, manicured lawns, Twin Palms is a seamless blend of Caribbean elegance and European grandeur. Inspired by the Great Houses of Jamaica with touches of Roman and Moroccan influence, the villa’s graceful columns, shaded courtyards, and hand-crafted lanterns create a timeless ambiance. Airy interiors flow effortlessly, allowing the gentle ocean breeze to sweep through, while soothing blue, coral and red tones enhance the serene atmosphere.

The villa’s seven bedrooms are divided into three private suites, connected by a columned walkway leading from the central courtyard. The primary suite features a four-poster king-size bed, a spacious en-suite with a sunken circular bathtub, and an adjacent workout room. Two additional suites each offer a sitting area, a king bedroom, and a second bedroom with two double beds—perfect for families or groups.

Designed for both entertaining and more intimate gatherings, the villa boasts a stunning veranda with multiple lounging and dining areas, a bar, and a seven-tiered pool deck. The 60-foot infinity-edge lap pool is complemented by a children’s wading pool and whirlpools. Nearby, a secluded fire pit provides the perfect spot for sunset views.

For relaxation or entertainment, guests can unwind in the elegant drawing room, media room with a large flat-screen TV, or the dedicated game room with foosball, table tennis, and cozy reading nooks.

A team of nine dedicated staff—including a private chef, housekeepers, gardeners, and security—ensures every moment at Twin Palms is seamless and extraordinary.



Accommodations

BEDROOMS 1-6
Four king-bedded suites, two queen-bedded suites
Each suite features an elegantly decorated sitting room, flat screen television, blackout window treatments, quiet air conditioning, and glass and marble bathrooms with double basin vanities.

OWNER’S PRIVATE SUITE
1,000-square-foot king-bedded Master Bedroom. Large sitting room, day bed for a child, his and hers dressing areas, marble steps to large Jacuzzi, air-conditioned workout room. This suite and workout room are available only for the 7-bedroom rate.

The axis of the house is a paved hallway. This walkway leads to individual columned entrances to living suites and culminates in the Master Suite at the east end.

While all living spaces are designed on one level, a spiral staircase leads up 19 steps to a breathtaking skyloft on a breezy deck with a 270-degree ocean view.

During the design process, special attention was addressed to families and children. Connecting doors provide the option of combining three bedroom suites. Two more suites are connected by a walkway. A unique children?s playroom provides ping pong table, foosball, books, television and two cushioned platforms for reading, playing games and taking air-conditioned naps.

The homeowner requires employment of one nanny for every two children ages 7 and under ~ either a nanny brought from home or a nanny hired at Tryall.

Dining areas are designed to seat 20 guests or more. The state-of-the-art kitchen is a match for the talents of the Twin Palms executive chef. The 80" kitchen includes a butler's pantry, cappuccino/espresso machine, deli slicer, juicer, 6-burner gas Vulcan range and grill (also outdoor grill), 2 ovens, Salamander, 4 fridges, 2 freezers, 4 Viking warming ovens, 2 microwave ovens and 2 dishwashers.

The villa is fronted by seven connecting pools of varying depths that flow ingeniously from one to the next. The children's pool is shallow, the adults pool is long and deep, the whirlpools are bubbly.
