Sunset on the Beach is a stunning five-bedroom villa that sits on a double lot at the edge of the Caribbean Sea with a private beach offering the perfect escape for all those who love water front living. Beautiful clean interiors provide a lovely contrast with the landscaped gardens just outside in your front and back yard!

Sunset at Tryall underwent a significant upgrade during the summer of 2016. The addition of a two-bedroom cottage (with views across the sea to Montego Bay) increased the number of bedrooms to five. Along with refurbished bathrooms and all new furnishings.

The 180 degree all-day view is topped off by a sunset sky and a stunning nighttime view of the sparkling lights of the town of Montego Bay 12 miles across the sea. Breathtaking vistas of Montego Bay and the Jamaica’s spectacular coastline greet guests from all areas of the villa and the private beach and proximity to the championship golf course make for an unrivaled location.

Sunset on the Beach features contemporary Caribbean architecture with a single level floor plan and a sophisticated beach house ambiance. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and private en suite bathrooms with shower and tub. The large master bedroom has twin beds which convert to a king opens to the pool deck with full sea views! The second master bedroom in the main house opens to a fully furnished sitting area - King or twin beds can be requested. The third bedroom in the main house is next to the 2nd master and opens to a garden terrace with the sea just beyoud! The two additional bedrooms, in the new cottage, have views across the sea to Montego Bay. All of the villa bathrooms were also refurbished in 2016 with four of the bathrooms gaining an outside shower.

The very spacious and brightly decorated living room opens onto a fabulous view of the sea. Doors lead out to the beautifully furnished veranda and the perimeter overflow pool beyond with lap lane, baha ledge and poolside hot tub. On this veranda there is a wet bar, cable television and CD/DVD player.

Tryall is a private club and all villa and condo guests are required to become temporary members during their stay.

"Kid's Club". Children under 4 years old must be accompanied by a nanny if parents wish to have them enjoy the Kid's Club. Ages 4- 12 a nanny is not required.
