Tryall Club's historic Georgian Great House is the site for thirteen exquisite Great House Villa Suites. The Villa Suites look out over the club’s legendary championship golf course to bewitching views of the Caribbean Sea. There are four two-bedroom and nine one-bedroom air-conditioned Great House Villa Suites.

Poinciana is an exquisite 2-bedroom air-conditioned Great House Villa Suite with private plunge pool on a spacious terrace, ideal for a family or group of friends.

Poinciana offers a wonderful great room for living and dining indoors and a separate full kitchen. The full-length terrace is both partially covered for outdoor conversation and dining, and open terrace for sunning and pool.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the guest bedroom has two full-size beds. Each bedroom has a large in-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and private WC. The bedrooms, great room, terrace, and pool all have spectacular views of the Caribbean and Montego Bay.

During your stay, enjoy authentic Jamaican and international cuisine served at the Great House Restaurant or the Beach Café. Poinciana is pleased to include the services of a Housekeeper provided at no additional cost, except for your dinner service. Your Housekeeper will pamper you with delicious meals prepared in the comfort of your villa, and according to your tastes. She will shop for you in the commissary, but please advise her of your preferences.
Your Housekeeper will also attend to your laundry as well.

Poinciana is located just a minute’s stroll from the Great House Restaurant and bar, shops, beauty salon and the Great House pool. For transportation to the beach and around the property, you may contact the shuttle service through the Front Desk, or you may rent a golf cart from the Golf Pro Shop.
