About Breakaway Villa - Runaway Bay Jamaica

Breakaway Villa, completed in summer of 2022, is a new addition to the Runaway Bay, luxury villa line-up. This beautiful 7 bedroom, beachfront villa is located in the Salem area just east of Runaway Bay. The modern architecture and furnishings create the perfect get-away for your dream Jamaican paradise. The welcoming and well-trained staff will ensure that you will lack for nothing during your stay at Breakaway.

Living Spaces:
The downstairs has a living room and dining room with a large atrium with 2 water features. One with a koi pond and the other with a fountain. Indoor dining for up to 12 guests with central buffet console and wine cooler. Multiple living room seating areas opening into pool deck. The TV room has an 80 inch TV for streaming. The Games Room has table and chairs for board games, bar with fridge, and outdoor pool table.

A large poolside Lani has multiple seating options for relaxation and dining. There is a small bar, water cooler and ceiling fans. The large 35 foot pool has a heated jacuzzi tub, beach umbrellas, lounge chairs and blue mesh lounge chairs that can be carried to the beach. There is an outdoor kitchen with commercial appliances including a BBQ grill. In addition there is a powder room, open air shower, floats with seats and noodles for your enjoyment in the pool. The beach has lounge chairs, 2 gazebos with hammocks, foot washing station, life jackets and 2 double kayaks.

All bedrooms have quiet remote control air conditioning, ceiling fans, en-suite bathrooms (except Bunk Bedroom) and flat screen 49" TVs. 6 en-suite bathrooms and powder room. (Bedroom 7 does not have a private bathroom).

*Bedroom 1 - King bed veranda with 2 chairs overlooking pool and garden and closet with safe, dressing table with mirror, glass door shower with open area.

*Bedroom 2 - Twin beds, closet with safe, veranda with chairs overlooking pool, garden and sea.

*Bedroom 3 - King bed, with writing table and chair. Veranda with 2 chairs overlooking pool, garden and sea. Closet with safe and dressing table with mirror. Shower with window views.

*Bedroom 4 - Upstairs Master with King bed, veranda with chairs overlooking pool, garden and sea. Closet with safe and dressing table with mirror. Shower with double sinks and enclosed garden.

*Bedroom 7 - Bunk Bedroom 2 Bunk beds (4 beds total) and 4 large floor cushions. Has door to a shared bathroom.

Downstairs:

*Bedroom 5 - King bed, veranda with sea, pool and garden view.

*Bedroom 6 - Downstairs Master 4 poster King bed with 2 wooden steps for entry. Coral stone patio with chairs overlooking pool,
garden and sea. Closet with safe, dressing table with mirror. Shower with garden views.
