About Endless Summer Villa - Montego Bay Jamaica

Endless Summer is a spectacular private villa located hillside in the prestigious Spring Farm area of Montego Bay, overlooking the Half Moon Golf Course and the Caribbean Sea. It's hard to match these views!

The villa interiors are designed against a clean backdrop of mushroom-colored walls crisply trimmed in white. Mediterranean-style floors, smooth as marble underfoot, were custom-made on-site, creating an overall palette of soft minimalist colors. On fine Lenox China, dinners are served in the downstairs dining alcove, north verandah, or on the upstairs balcony as the sun sets over the sea. Strategically placed Bose speakers create surround sound in the villa, verandahs, balconies, and pool area. 

It would be an oversight not to mention that this spacious home is ideal for weddings ... from a marriage ceremony on the upper balcony (with adequate space for many guests), to a grand reception on the wide verandah and pool terrace, to the dramatic tossing of the bridal bouquet from the upper gallery.

Please note that while we strive to maintain all amenities in perfect working condition, Jacuzzis and hot tubs cannot be guaranteed. These units contain complex parts that may occasionally break down and can be challenging to replace promptly. We appreciate your understanding.

Weddings:
* Endless Summer is a favorite villa choice for weddings!
* Maximum of 75 people including guests staying at the villa
* There is a $30. per person charge for each invited guest to a wedding, rehearsal dinner or any villa event
* All events and vendors must be approved by the villa owner

Master Bedroom - 16 x 25
King-size four-poster bed. 52" flat screen TV, glass doors to private furnished balcony with ocean view.
Glamorous en-suite bathroom under a 25-foot vaulted ceiling, Kohler whirlpool tub, large walk-in shower ... spacious and romantic.

Queen bed, 42" flat screen TV, glass doors to furnished balcony with ocean view.
En-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination. Connecting door to Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3 - 12 x 16
Queen size bed, 42" flat screen television, glass doors to furnished balcony with ocean view.
En-suite bathroom with tub-shower. Connecting door to Bedroom 2.

"Above Garage" Apartment - Connects to Master Bedroom, also back stairway to kitchen.
Less glamorous than other guest rooms, ideal for children. Living Room (22 x 24) Television, Air Conditioning

Two double beds, wood plank floors, narrow bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Sloping roof, dormer window. Connecting door to Master Bedroom

Bedroom 5 - 12 x 14
Two twin beds. Hall bathroom with tub/shower combination. The smallest bedroom.

Central Room -  overflow room  22 x 24 

Queen bed and shares a bath with bedroom # 4 and # 5. Guests in bedrooms # 4 and # 5 must pass through this area to

access the stairs to the main level, so this bedroom has less privacy. (extra person charges apply to use this queen bed)

Downstairs
Bedroom 6 - 16 x 16
King size bed, 42" flat screen television, glass doors to furnished porch with ocean view.
En-suite bathroom with tub-shower combination.

Alaina’s Retreat - Bedroom 7
A spacious, separate suite situated on a lower level away from the villa with its own private entrance
2 Queen size beds, en-suite bathroom, sitting room with balcony. Accommodates guests 18 years and older.

Alaina's Retreat bedroom - only available with a full house rental / all seven bedrooms

Half Moon Beach Club

Relax for the day at Half Moon:   US$125 per person, including tax & service charge (US$100.00 + 25% tax), which includes a $50 credit toward food & beverages. | Children ages 4–12: $62.50 per child, which includes a $25 credit toward food & beverages.

• Includes access to Sunrise Beach with a shower/bathroom area
• Includes access to the Fitness Center
• Includes a US$50 food & beverage credit redeemable at North Pointe and Spice Hammock Bar

The names of all persons in the party are required for our security team’s awareness.

All persons in the party will be required to visit the front office located at the Eclipse Lobby to open an account for any accumulated charges (such as Food and Beverage purchases) and receive a brief property orientation.

Views were incredible, pools were great and we LOVED having access to Half Moon Bay. Also the staff was incredible. Everyone was SO nice and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We loved them all so much! Please tell the owners that we can't thank them enough and how much we love their staff. I know chef is new so please also pass along that we loved her food! She was wonderful with accommodating our kids meals and anything we asked for. Our nannies were absolutely wonderful as well!! We couldn't have asked for anyone better. We loved Jamaica so much!

Endless Summer was Excellent! We were very well taken care of. Chef Melvin is a superior cook. Butler David took care of all of our needs. All the other staff were polite, friendly, efficient and spot on!! We have rented many villas with a full staff and I can say that our service here was of the highest quality!! We loved the house. So much open, public space. The pictures on the website were representative, which doesn't always happen! We were particularly pleased with the TV and internet service. The house and the grounds were always clean and welcoming ... we felt quite safe and secure as well. Transportation was good, convenient and met our needs. Overall Superior!! I am always worried about renting through pictures and descriptions from the internet but this villa and staff did not disappoint!!
