About Round House Villa - Tryall Jamaica

Round House is a eight-bedroom villa and is one of the largest and most spacious villas at The Tryall Club. Round House is arresting both in its design and superb location. Split into two levels, its cool interior spaces are elegantly decorated with personal taste, with all the atmosphere and comforts of a private island home.

Round House bedrooms are beautifully decorated, all with lofty cathedral ceilings, fans and air-conditioning. Round House has six king beds and two twin beds spread out in various bedrooms. The master bedroom has a fantastic panoramic view of the ocean and golf course. The villa is updated with modern bathrooms/showers from beautifully selected Italian marble.

Main Level
Master Bedroom Suite
King size bed, dressing room, his 'n' hers bathrooms, 2 walk-in showers, whirlpool bathtub, balcony overlooking pool and expansive sea view. Opens to main floor living room.

Bedroom 2 – Lavender Room
King size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Opens to living room and central courtyard.

Bedroom 3 – Red Room
Large room with optional king size or 2 twin beds. 43” cable TV. Spacious enough for additional twin bed, cot or crib. 2 ceiling fans. French doors open to central courtyard. En-suite bathroom has walk-in shower.

Bedroom 4 – Sunshine Room
King size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. French doors to patio, lawn, central courtyard, gazebo and modest sea view.

Upper Level
1 very private bedroom up a marble staircase.
Bedroom 5 - Blue Room
King size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. French doors to balcony and sea view.

Lower Level
A concealed mahogany staircase (as well as two other staircases) leads to the downstairs TV-DVD room with optional sofa bed, French doors to the pool terrace and 3 more bedrooms. This is a convenient suite of rooms for family of up to six guests … or eight including the sofa bed in the TV room.
Bedroom 6 - Gray Room

King size bed. En-suite bathroom has walk-in shower. Wide windows offer view of pool, gardens and sea. Opens to TV room and steps to gazebo and pool terrace.
Bedroom 7 - Middle Room (connects to Bedroom 8)
Optional king size or 2 twin beds. En-suite bathroom has walk-in shower. Easy access to gazebo and pool.

Bedroom 8 - Aqua Room (connects to Bedroom 7)
King size bed. En-suite bathroom has walk-in shower. Pool and sea view, easy access to small patio and the pool.

In the airy living room there is a television for group entertainment. The action of the day and night unfolds around the outdoor open-sided cathedral ceiling dining gazebo and semi-circular terrace that looks down on the manicured gardens encircling the pool and deck. Beyond the pool railing, the view opens up to a breathtaking panorama which provides sweeping views of the ocean and golf course.

Round House comes with a staff of six, whose warm and professional demeanor of the staff is welcoming and causes every visitor to feel very special, whether you are a family with children, or a group of adults. The staff consists of a Butler, Cook, Maid, Laundress and two Gardeners.
