A grand 6-bedroom main house with two pools and expansive indoor/outdoor living areas.
A newly built 4-bedroom oceanview villa complete with its own circular infinity pool and Jacuzzi—perfect for privacy and relaxation.

Designed to take full advantage of the spectacular surroundings, both villas offer panoramic sea views, ample sun decks, shade umbrellas, lounge areas, and plenty of casual seating for soaking up the sun or enjoying sunset cocktails. Guests can even watch cruise ships glide into Ocho Rios harbor from the comfort of their villa.

Managere note: while villa owners strive to maintain all amenities in perfect working condition, Jacuzzis and hot tubs cannot be guaranteed. These units contain complex parts that may occasionally break down and can be challenging to replace promptly. We appreciate your understanding.

All-inclusive packages are available, or you can pay for groceries on the Island.

Guests have two options when it comes to how to pay for their food and drinks. Guests can either choose the ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE when they pay for their villa, which covers all expenses upfront, or they may choose to pay for the groceries purchased at the end of their stay. Either way, we will do all the shopping for you!
