Think of it - a tropical island, the sheer bliss of basking in the sun in a secluded cove, dining under the stars by candlelight in this seven bedroom villa that is great for the whole gang. Wear what you like, and feast when you're hungry on delicious Jamaican home-cooked meals prepared by your personal cook.

Bedrooms are equipped with both ceiling fans and air conditioners - All new mahogany wood furniture in each bedroom - New Spanish tiles throughout.....Fitness area, even while you are vacationing - Billiards and entertainment room ......including dominoes, of course - Cable and satellite television in all bedrooms and living areas.

This property has a large shared swimming pool, a full size tennis and basketball court and Romantic gazebo, great for wedding nuptials, an outdoor brick oven, an outdoor dining hut ... as well as complimentary wireless Internet service.

Take a short walk down to Mammee Bay Beach or enjoy Jamaican's many attractions in and around the Ocho Rios area.

SEVEN BEDROOM MAIN HOUSE…
The main house consists of two wings adjoined by large lobby areas, the main dining room and a kitchenette for guests.

This main house has seven bedrooms sleeping 14 guests plus two additional kids using our two fold up beds.

The LEFT WING of the main house includes bedrooms #1, #2 and #3.

These are each equipped with one king sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

The RIGHT WING of the main house includes bedrooms #4, #5, #6 and #7.
Rooms #4 and #5 are the same size and each is equipped with a queen sized bed. They share an adjoining bathroom.
Room #6, our smallest room, is geared for kids and is equipped with two twin sized beds and ensuite bathroom. Access to room #7 is through room #6.
Room #7 is equipped with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Rooms #6 and #7 combined is what we describe as the parents/kids quarters.

BLOCK OF SIX POOLSIDE ROOMS
In addition to the main house guests can add our block of six poolside rooms to sleep another 16 guests.

The seven bedroom main house along with the block of six poolside rooms can sleep 32 people.

The main house includes your living room, formal dining and a guest kitchen.

All reservations include maintenance and housekeeping services from 8am to 8pm, including our on property host.

Emergency staff on property 24 hours.

Seven Bedroom Main House….sleeps 14 to 16
Room 1….king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Room 2….king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Room 3….king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Rooms 4 and 5….queen size bed in each, adjoining bathroom.
Room 6 and 7….Parents/kids two bedroom unit with access through room 6.
Room 6….kids’ bedroom with two twin size beds, ensuite bathroom.
Room 7….king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Two fold-up beds for kids are available in the main house.

The block of six poolside rooms is adjacent to the main house and is next to the lobby.
Rooms #8 and #13 are the largest and are each equipped with two queen sized beds, ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette.
Rooms #9, #10, #11 and #12 are each equipped with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

Guests have option to book our gourmet chef service…

One chef with assistant to cook for up to 16 guests…$250/per day

Two chefs with assistant to cook for up to 32 guests…$350/per day
