About Sundown Villa - Discovery Bay Jamaica

Sundown is a luxurious nine (9) bedroom beach front villa, located in Discovery Bay, Jamaica.

The villa includes an excellent staff of your own private Chef, Bultler, Housekeepers, groundsmen and dusk to dawn security.

Beautifully decorated, the main house consists of five (5) air-conditioned bedrooms all with en-suite baths and ceiling fans.
The additional four (4) bedrooms are located in a two-story guest house right next door.

There are two airconditioned two-bedroom suites on each floor, each with a king bedrooms and en suite bathrooms and adjoining kitchenettes in each suite. The upper floor can be locked off providing a seven-bedroom configuration as well, making Sundown a terrific option for various party sizes.

The staff will remain the same at Sundown, providing the same incredible, and personalized, service that our villa guests expect.

Sundown sits on a beautiful 125' white sand beach and offers:

For "music & entertainment" there is a Bose entertainment system with DVD player and CD player with a vast collection of CD's plus speakers on the pool deck. Sundown has an XBOX 360 and games for guests enjoyment.

The staff includes a Butler, Cook, housekeepers, laundress and gardener and night watchman.

Ask about a spa day! They are happy to call to have a masseuse and manicurist in for you. We can also set this up in advance of your arrival!

Kindly note that all holiday deposits are non-refundable - this includes Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks.

Puerto Seco Beach – Complimentary to guests on Discovery Bay

Located near the entrance of Fortlands Road (a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from your villa), is the newest water park & beach club to the North Coast. For various fees, guests may enjoy the large aqua park, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaks & paddleboards. The club hosts a full service bar and restaurant as well as private beach cabanas or sun loungers for rent.

An all inclusive food option is available at $200 per adult per night (ages 15+) and $100 per child per night (ages 2-15).

Rooms are for priced for double occupancy only.

Extra guests allowed by manager approcal only / The number of occupants initially booked will only be accepted on arrival.

A 7-night, full-house rate is required for all holiday weeks: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

Note: Deposits and final payments are non-refundable for Christmas and New Year's bookings.

Five (5) Bedrooms in the main house must be rented before access to the 4 bedrooms in the cottage.
