Fairwinds is a deluxe private villa located hillside within the Tryall Resort, overlooking its championship golf course as well as the Caribbean Sea just beyond. Four air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite baths and private entrances are beautifully decorated as are the rest of the living spaces in this upscale home.

Experience tropical living at its finest by dining on the large upstairs verandah, or have a get-together at the poolside covered bar/lounge area. In the lounge area there is a TV, wet bar and ice maker. Fairwinds is fully staffed with a cook, housekeeper, laundress and gardener. This villa is located just minutes from Tryall's beach club, golf & tennis pro-shops, and historic Great House. Complimentary golf cart for guests.

Also included: Cable TV in living room, master bedroom, children's bedroom and other bedrooms on request. Stereo with CD player and collections of CDs, VCR and library of videos. Complimentary wireless ADSL Internet and computer in the living room.

Complimentary non-motorized water sports and free daytime tennis are included with Tryall rentals. Kids Club available for those 5 - 12 years old.

Please note the Tryall Resort will collect the membership fee of $100. per week per person for adults 18 years and older. For shorter than one week stays, and each night beyond seven nights, there is an additional $20. per night charge.

The temporary membership at Tryall includes all non-motorized water sports at their private beach; snorkeling, hobie cat, sea kayaks and sunfish sailors ... as well as free Internet access in their Internet Room at the Great House, access to their heated Great House pool, fitness center, jogging trails and complimentary tennis (all white required).
