Built in true Jamaican "Great House" fashion, Clive House is a beautiful combination of cut-stone walls and cedar floors. Adjacent to the front entrance and close to the expansive pool terrace is a charming mini-lounge. A short flight of stairs leads up to the spacious living room which adjoins a terrace dining patio and a cozy den.

The villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms with full en suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located in the main house, while two master bedrooms have separate locations in two private cottages adjacent to the swimming pool.

The bedrooms in the main villa have two twin beds each. The two master bedrooms have a king-sized bed each and open to a patio overlooking the golf course and the Caribbean Sea. Cable television is available in the den of the main villa as well as in the bedrooms of the master cottage.

Clive House is pleased to provide its guests with the use of one complimentary golf cart. Your private, welcoming villa staff is comprised of a superb team of cook, butler, housekeeper, laundress and two gardeners.

Please note the Tryall Resort will collect the membership fee of $100. per week per person 18 years and older. For shorter stays, and each night beyond seven, will be an additional $20. per person.

The temporary membership at Tryall includes all non-motorized water sports that include snorkeling, hobie cat, kayaks, sunfish sailors, free Internet access in their Internet Room in the Great House, access to their pool, fitness center and complimentary tennis (all white required).
