Hummingbird Villa is an imposing hillside villa situated on a private gated estate on the south west coast of Jamaica at Culloden, Whitehouse.

The Villa’s accommodation is built around the pool with lounge/diner and kitchen on one side, two double bedrooms with shared bathroom and utility room on the next side. On the third side of the pool is the master bedroom, dressing room and master bathroom. The forth side of the pool faces the sea. The villa is some 400 yards from the beach. It has a magnificent view over Parkers Bay with Whitehouse Point to the east and the new Sandals complex to the west. The villa faces southwest consequently some of the most amazing sunsets imaginable can be seen as the sun drops down into the Caribbean sea each evening.

Just a few miles to the west is Savannah La Mar a friendly country town and a few miles further west is the popular resort of Negril. To the east is Black River and Bamboo Boulevard.
