Villa Seagull is one minute from Silver Sand's white sand beach. The home has lovely sea views and a large covered veranda where there is always a cool breeze. Villa Seagull is a three bedroom, two bath home. It has a large new, modern kitchen and rear patio area. The garden area around Seagull is well maintained and there are many fruit trees including avocado, grapefruit, mango, banana, lime, papaya. Seagull has a wonderful manager and cook, Jennifer Dixon, who has been working at Seagull for 17 years. Her cooking and personality are delightful. Silver Sands has approximately 100 hillside homes and is a great area for large weddings, reunions, group organizations. Duncans is the nearest town and food is delivered to the villa from the local grocery store. Local venders at the fisherman's beach sell fish and crafts. There are also a couple of small seaside bars. The beach at Silver Sands is wonderful. The waters tend to be very calm in the morning and one can swim out to the reef or take a boat out to go snorkeling. Come to Villa Seagull for a very relaxing time.
