This enchanting Villa is the idyllic tropical retreat set in the historical Rio Nuevo Batlesite, less than two miles from Ocho Rios centre. The location is ideal for those who want a unique and relaxing experience in a convenient yet peaceful setting. You can reach world famous attractions like Dolphin Cove and Dunn's River Falls within a few minutes. The villa has been tastefully decorated to give the feeling of home away from home. There are 4 very large bedrooms, all en-suite with a jacuzzi in the master bathroom. Two bar - lounges and two studio suite apartments. You can relax in the private pool, and hot tub. There are several patios around the villa and a gazebo where many late nights are spent by guests lounging while enjoy listening to the tropical sounds of the night. The local beach can be reached by a stone path just yards away from the villa. The friendly and dedicated staff are waiting to welcome you and to make your holiday experience a memorable one.

The main unit has four very large bedrooms all en suite, with a jacuzzi in the master bathroom; two large living rooms with their own balconies with sea view; a dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen fitted with cooker and microwave, with balcony over-looking the swimming pool. In both the lounges you will find HD flat screen TVs. All bedrooms have satellite TV/DVD/Wi-Fi. In the lounge you can find a Nintendo Wii console, for the kids at heart. All included are the services of the fully trained staff: Housekeeper, Gardener/ Security and Pool Attendant. The villa comfortably sleeps 8 and the maximum limit is 12.
