"Scotch on the Rocks" is a luxury 5 bedroom villa, resting on Ocho Rios’s beautiful Sandy Bay. The villa features a fresh water pool, a private pier and gazebo, a sandy swimming area, and a wide veranda and deck, overlooking the crystal clear Caribbean Sea. The owner includes snorkeling equipment and two double kayaks for guests, pool floats for pool and ocean.
"Scotchie," as the house is affectionately known, has recently been refurbished, and sleeps a total of ten persons. The master suite has a king-sized bed, as well as a sitting area, balcony and dressing room. The remaining two upstairs suites have queen-sized beds, and also boast balconies with spectacular views of the sea. Attached to the main house in its own cottage suite, the fourth bedroom has four twin beds. Located on the ground floor, the fifth bedroom has two twin beds and opens onto the deck. All 5 bedrooms have air-conditionings, new travertine tiled full bathrooms, mahogany or travertine floors, antique Jamaican furniture and flat screen televisions with cable/DVD players. Each bedroom is luxurious and comfortable with fine bed linens, plush duvets and down pillows.
"Scotchie's" living areas are also elegant yet unpretentious. The villa’s clean and fresh décor is tastefully accented with Jamaican mahogany furniture, travertine tile floors, intricate fretwork, Caribbean art, and Chinese accessories. Scotch on the Rocks has two dinning rooms (indoor and outdoor), a living/television room with plush, oversized couches, 42” flat screen television and a DVD/VCR/CD player. Flowing from the living room is the wide veranda and deck with an almost 180 degree view of the horizon. This veranda and deck are the heart of the house and are perfect for relaxing or dining.
Scotch on the Rocks has a staff of five, including a Cook, Waiter, Housekeeper, Butler and Gardener, who will ensure that all your general needs are met. Perhaps you would like to eat lobster under the stars? No problem. A Sunday bar-b-que? Easily arranged. A boat tour of the beautiful coastline? Only a phone call away. Even before you arrive, feel free to make any special requests so that prior arrangements can be made. In addition, the staff will organize your initial meals, which can be paid for after you arrive. Food supplies for the rest of your stay can also be ordered, or you can select these yourself in Ocho Rios, the choice is yours.
