The main house has a living, dining and powder room downstairs and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs. The upstairs bedrooms all open out to a recently added full-length balcony, which covers the downstairs patio as well. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

There is ADSL Internet Access throughout the property. The living area is equipped with modern conveniences such as satellite TV, cordless telephone, VCR, DVD player and CD stereo system.

A few yards away from the main house is a cottage with an additional sitting room downstairs and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
