Emerald Seas is a deluxe 6,000 square foot, oceanfront villa in Ocho Rios. The newly completed large sundeck is almost at the water's edge and has lots of sand for the children to play in for the feel of your own beach!

All five bedrooms are air-conditioned and have private ensuite bath - four with dressing area. Spacious interiors include living and dining rooms, family/games room/bar, two large verandas. Satellite TV, 2 DVD players, stereo system, computer & printer with ADSL Internet access plus wireless network for laptops inside the villa and poolside. You also have complimentary international phone calls to the United States, Canada and the UK.

The villa is fully staffed by a butler, cook, housemaid, laundress, & gardener. For your security the villa has an electronic security gate and safes in every bedroom.

Add to all of these amenities the 18' X 36" pool, pool floats and a fully lit private tennis court for your enjoyment! Complimentary beach passes at the elegant Royal Plantation for those over 18 years old. Complimentary membersip at San Souci Hotel Gym and Areobics Club steps away from the villa! Guests are eligible for a $50. reduced greens fee at Sandals Golf & Country Club. Two Kayaks, golf clubs, tennis racquets, snorkelling equipment.
