This beautiful villa offers the finest balance of sophisticated luxury and private comfort – elegant and cozy, majestic and inviting. From the entrance gardens trimmed with pink and yellow hibiscus to the furthest balconies which seem to embrace the distant Caribbean Sea, Viviana’s spirit of intimacy and warmth is beautifully captured.

Viviana has six air-conditioned bedrooms. Two bedrooms are master bedrooms each equipped with a king-sized bed, a master closet, a study and en suite bathrooms finished with travertine marble. The other four bedrooms have twin beds or king beds according to the desire of the guests, and en suite bathrooms also finished with travertine marble. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions. Four bedrooms have DVD players and three bedrooms have VCR. Wireless Internet is widely available throughout the villa, and there is a CD player available in the living room. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi present the idyllic place for families and friends to spend time together while enjoying sunny days and the best of outdoor living. This deck overlooks the spectacular Caribbean Sea, and has an attractive casual dining area which is dressed up with a beautiful abstract tile mosaic. Elegant dinners are served in the formal dining room for the enjoyment of exotic Jamaican cuisine and traditional international favorites.

Viviana is pleased to provide its guests with the use of two complimentary golf carts. Your private, welcoming villa staff is comprised of a superb team of cook, butler, two housekeepers, laundress and gardener.
