Tranquility Villa is a lovely 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath villa, located directly on a beautiful stretch of white sand beach.

This elegant villa features 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, beautiful decor, private pool, tennis court with basketball hoop, satellite TV, VCR (movie library including children's videos), sound system with CD player, DSL Internet access, and complimentary cell phone. The main villa has 3 bedrooms, and 3 baths, 2 of these bedrooms have french doors that lead to a very large furnished verandah for lounging reading or having a cocktail at sunset. There is a large living room and dining room in the main villa. The beach front cottage has a master bedroom upstairs with a "second story" private cobblestone verandah just steps from your bed, a large ensuite marble bath with "oversize" walk-in shower. On the ground level of this cottage there is a 2nd smaller bedrooom along with living room with Sat. TV and sound system, full kitchen with microwave, and beach front terrace. There is a powder room on the ground level of the cottage. Not to be forgotten is a private beach side dining gazebo, also just steps from your, newly enlarged freshwater swimming pool. This owner provides two sea kayaks for your enjoyment!

A special amenity available to Tranquility guests is membership at Round Hill ... just minutes from the villa and one of the finest private resorts on Jamaica's North Coast. Membership entitles guests to access Round Hill's private beach, fitness center (treadmill, free weights, rowing machine and guided aerobics) and tennis on hard-surface courts lighted for night play and with pro on call. (Charges apply to lessons and ball boys.) Round Hill also offers a jogging trail, gift shop, logo shop, beach bar, piano bar, Continental cuisine in the hotel restaurant ... and unforgettable long sunsets from the waterfront terrace. Charges will apply to the spa, Pineapple Kids Club, a range of water sports and parties (Monday beach party, Wednesday Caribbean Curry Night, Friday Jamaica Night). Round Hill's Business Center offers high-speed broadband stations and printers. (hourly fees will apply)

Villa includes membership to Tryall Resort. *Membership includes beach rights, daytime tennis, non-motorized water sports (this includes snorkeling, kayaks, hobi cat, para sailing) ,jogging trails, Hummingbird Kids Club, fitness center, Internet room in the Great House, afternoon tea an manager's cocktail party.

The owner of Tranquility requires a prepaid gratuity: 10% in high season and 15% in low reason. This is calculated on the rental price. All gov. taxes are included.
