Summertime is a wonderful private villa, located hillside offering 6000 square feet of living space and has magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea. The villa has five acres for you to explore.

The villa has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a study that can be used as an additional bedroom with a twin bed. (prices shown are for 13 people. Extra charge for 14th or 15th person) Two of the bedrooms are upstairs and 4 bedrooms and the study are downstairs.

The large private pool with poolside verandah and wet bar makes this villa excellent for entertaining and fantastic for family holidays as well!

Summertime has many unique amenities that rival the local resorts ... satellite TV, VCR, DVD and sound system with CD player + Sony Playstation (games included!) and outdoors: tennis court, volleyball, croquet, 1/2 basketball court, ping pong, badminton, horseshoes & lawn bowling Wireless Internet access so bring your lap top! The air-conditioned gym is equipped with treadmill, rowing machine, stair-stepper,stationary bike, TV and DVD + total gym 1500.

Weekly rate include a complimentary van & driver!

Summertime Villa has complimentary membership to Tryall Resort. *Membership includes beach rights, daytime tennis, non-motorized water sports such as snorkeling, kayaks, hobi cat. There are also jogging trails, kids club, fitness center, Internet room in the Great House, afternoon tea an manager's cocktail party.
