Located 15 minutes from the center of activity in Montego Bay, Island Breeze Villa has a beautiful panoramic view of the Caribbean. The villa has three bedrooms and three baths. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has cable TV as well as a ceiling fan. There are two bedrooms upstairs with balconies overlooking the Caribbean Sea ~

Located in Iron Shore Estates, it is only minutes from numerous championship golf courses, tennis courts, duty free shopping, craft markets, art galleries ... horseback riding and the “Hip Strip” where a casino is located. There are many sandy beaches to choose from as well as lots of water sports, sunset cruises and daytime scuba and snorkeling trips to partake in. So many things to discover in Montego Bay!

One set of round trip transfers are included in your stay with a one week booking. The cook at Island Breeze will welcome you with a cool drink and a complimentary bottle of wine. The cook will prepare your evening meal that evening and your breakfast the next morning. Then the bill for the food will be provided.

For the rest of your stay you may want to choose from the menu provided, or shop for the food of your choice. In shopping for food, you have the option of having the cook shop, shop with the cook or shop on your own. The area has a large choice of eating establishments should you choose to eat out. The cook/housekeeper will do your laundry so you won’t have to take your dirty clothes back home.

The caretaker lives in his own quarters on the site and will be there to provide security, tend to your needs and mix your drinks and serve you poolside or wherever you choose to be served.

Not included in the rental fee is the cost of your food, airfare, tours, local transportation and gratuities. 10% in low season and 15% in high season is customary

There is a full-size kitchen and the dining room is only steps away as well as a bar that overlooks the “L” shaped living/TV room.

Island Breeze has complimentary Internet Access, numerous games, books and a stereo CD/cassette/radio player complete with CD’s, cassettes and VCR’s. Cable TV is provided and there is a large color TV in the TV room.
