Island Breeze with it's wonderful view of the Caribbean is located just 15 minutes from the center of activity in Montego Bay. The villa is a short distance from numerous championship golf courses, tennis courts, shopping, horseback riding and the “Hip Strip” for clubs, music, dancing, casino, etc ... For the water lovers, there’s scuba diving and snorkeling, jet skis, deep-sea fishing on the beautiful white sand at Doctor's Cave Beach - downtown Montego Bay.

Upon arrival at the airport you will be met and taken to Island Breeze Villa and welcomed with a punch or rum punch drink and a complimentary bottle of wine. The cook will cook your evening meal and your breakfast the next morning. Then the bill for the food will be provided.

For the rest of your stay you can choose from the menu provided. The cook will do the shopping or you can choose to go with her. The area has a large choice of eating establishments should you choose to eat out. The cook/housekeeper will do your laundry if you wish. The caretaker lives in his own quarters on the site and will be there to provide security, tend to your needs and mix your drinks and serve you poolside or wherever you choose to be served.

Not included in the rental fee is the cost of your food, tours, local transportation and gratuities. Come and relax in the private atmosphere of Island Breeze and be pampered by our staff.

The villa contains 3 private bedrooms each with cable TV, private bath, a ceiling fan, air conditioner. Two of the bedrooms have a private balcony overlooking the Caribbean. The third bedroom is located on the main level of the villa.

A large eight foot bar just off of the fully equipped kitchen & next to the dining area overlooks the “L” shaped living/TV room. There is a flat screen TV in this area.

Island Breeze has complimentary ADSL Internet Access, so bring your lap top!

There are numerous games, books and a stereo CD/cassette/radio player complete with CD’s, cassettes and VCR’s.
