Fairway Manor is a luxurious 9000+ square foot - 7 bedroom/8 bath villa overlooks the famous Half Moon golf course with a commanding 120 degree view of the azure Caribbean Sea. Five air-conditioned bedrooms, all with en-suite bath, are located on the main level. The second floor of the villa has two additional bedrooms with A/C, two baths (one with a romantically lit whirlpool tub). Bedroom #5 has a new outdoor shower. The large living area has a 900 square foot balcony with a view that is hard to match!! Both bedrooms and living room on this level open to the balcony for wonderful views during the day and relaxing in the evening.

The extensive renovation at Fairway Manor includes a brand new beautiful kitchen. The previous kitchen area has been turned into a large bar area complete with a traditional style pool table. Twelve new Brown Jordan chaise lounges and four matching chairs have been added to the very large pool deck for guests enjoyment.
