Located in a lovely California-style residential neighborhood named Lagoons, the Beach House is one of the newest homes in this collection. Its prize location is a beachfront acre on a lovely calm body of water. Lovers of water sports will revel in this location.
The state-of-the-art kitchen features granite countertops, 48" Sub-Zero refrigerator, 48" Wolf stove with warming drawer, Sub-Zero wine cooler, KitchenAid microwave, dishwasher and Hoshiski ice maker. Just outside are a gas/electric BBQ grill for fabulous meals of jerk chicken, jerk pork, lobster and steaks.
An inside dining area adjoins the living room. But most guests opt for the shaded verandah for home-cooked breakfasts, lunches and dinners. This comfy furnished verandah is also the gathering spot for drinks and hors d'oeuvres as the sun sets over the point just beyond Beach House beach. If you wish to dine away for the villa one evening, The Houseboat is just five minutes away and offers an excellent menu on a floating restaurant with a wonderful view over the water.
Beach House water sports equipment is complimentary ~ and there's loads of it! Swim and snorkel out to the reef. Take the Kayaks around the point for glorious sunsets and then refresh in your seaside private pool. The owner also has a windsurfer and bogie boards and water shoes and a 13' hobie cat. The beach is soft, the swimming water is wonderful. For an additional fee pickup on beach can be arranged for water skiing, para-sailing scuba diving or excursions to the sand bar. Nearby are golf, rafting, mountain biking, sailing, sport fishing, diving and much more for the sports-minded.
Complimentary gym and tennis is a short walk from the villa and the Club House. There is also a lap pool in this area.
This owner requires pre-payment of 9% government consumption tax along with the villa rental price.
