Caribbean Dawn in Mammee Bay / Old Fort Bay

This lovely villa is located in Mammee Bay Resort Estate, a private area of villa accommodation with its own private beach. You enter via a nice patio/veranda into a huge lounging area that is separated by two arch ways at the centre. The modern fitted kitchen leads off from here and was hand made by a local craftsman. There is a separate dining area that leads out to a courtyard that is set off with a lovely Bougainvillea tree.

The Master bedroom is furnished in Mahogany with a King-size bed and the double sliding doors gives access to a large courtyard garden. It has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is furnished in Bamboo and has a Double bed and a Single bed and can sleep 3 people; its large window gives a view over the gardens. Bedroom 3 is furnished in Wicker with a double bed and also looks out to the gardens. These two rooms share the main bathroom of the villa. Bedroom 4 is located at the other end of the villa. It is a large room and is also furnished in Bamboo with a lovely Bamboo 4-poster bed. It has an en-suite shower room and a separate kitchen. This room can be locked off from the main villa and used as an independent Studio apartment.

The villa is a short walk to the private beach which has lot of amenities. There is a restaurant and bar, holistic pampering centre and a snooker games room. There are also changing rooms with shower facilities. Water sports are also available from the beautiful white sand beach which stretches past two 5 star hotels in the area.
