This spectacular beachfront, luxury villa on "Millionaire's Row" in Discovery Bay, Whispering Waters was built by the owner of Keela Wee, its distinctive sister house next door. Complete with both smoothed wood and bamboo-beamed high ceilings, rooms with either tri-color lacquered wood floors or imported stone, and elegant marble baths throughout.
The large Great Room on the main level has an indoor/outdoor stereo system and leads to a large veranda and pool deck, complete with outdoor shower, a heated Jacuzzi, Infinity pool, bar, two vast stone jetties with a gazebo and tables for dining and lounging options. There are 3 sea kayaks, snorkeling equipment, laykold tennis court with lights for night play and a full gym.
All bedrooms have plasma televisions with satellite tv and DVD players, digital safes, telephones with free calls to the US. Huge upstairs living room includes large flat-screen tv, DVD player, computer with flat-screen monitor, printer, fax machine and Complimentary Internet Access.
Six of the bedrooms have en-suite luxurious baths with tub-shower combinations and rainfall shower heads; master has a Jacuzzi with separate walk-in shower. Three of the upstairs bedrooms open to balconies with views of the water, downstairs bedrooms open to a terrace with bay views.
Homeowner requests maximum occupancy of 14 guests and asks that there is no smoking in the bedrooms or bathrooms. (will accept additional guests as $50. per person per night)
